Thingol
Thingol is an Elve who lived in Tolkien's middle earth. Thingol married Melian, the smartest woman in the middle earth. Thingol is Luthien's father. Thingol is the king of Doriath. And Thingol and Melian have made Doriath the most powerful and richest kingdom in the middle earth. Beren asked Thingol for permission to marry Luthien. But when Thingol told Beren that when he bring one of the Silmarils to Doriath then can marry his daughter. And Beren succeeded in stealing one of Silmaril 's after the great adventures and took him to Thingol. Thingol gave dwarves the Silmaril to place the in a necklace . But the dwarves have betrayed Thingol. And the dwarves killed Thingol.
