RE: Fun Facts About Ice: Jefferson, The Ice King, and Steam Powered Machine Guns
Howdy sir madgoat! this is great, I love these things. It's so interesting to learn how simple things like commercial ice came into being. That Tudor guy was unstoppable and it paid off! Really funny and entertaining, but educational stuff!
I had a lot of fun researching this one. I see my blog moving in the direction of; the amazing history of mundane things. Hmmm, I think I just thought of the title of my next book.

lol! that's a pretty brilliant title sir madgoat, it really is! Does your wife enjoy your posts and think they're funny? In other words, is she supportive of your work?
She is understandably impatient with my passion sometime. I'm like baby, "I promise, spending all my free time alone writing is going to pay off huge in a few years." But she knows it makes me happy so she supports me. Plus, she always proofreads my blogs before I post them, whch is nice. She's pretty good at pointing out when I'm just rambling or my posts wind up being a giant list of facts that doesn't have enough jokes.
This is a little embarrassing, but we actually met because she read my blogs WAY back when I was posting on Myspace, and fell in love with my deranged brain.
lol! that is so cool, the way you guys met! wow. And that is tremendous that she supports you and proofreads your posts. Amazing. I can't get Mrs. J to even look at steemit, she just doesn't care about any of it.
I believe it will pay off huge in the future though, writing and that deranged brain of yours! Plus hopefully the price of steem so that just adds another element or income stream.
