Kawasaki motorcycle then in 1996 reopen its business in Indonesia but no longer use the brand "Binter". Gossipnya Kawasaki Japan closed its "Binter" in Indonesia, because a case the owner of PT. The Light Star, Eddy Tanzil who is on the run overseas. In 1980, Binter introduced the first product of a large-capacity motorcycle engine, the Binter Merzy.
