Carlo Gambino
Carlo Gambino
Gambino is a Sicilian gangster who led one of the most powerful criminal families in America and directed it until his death. As a teenager, he began to steal and engage in extortion. Later I switched to bootlegging. When he became the boss in the Gambino family, he made it the richest and most powerful due to the control of such profitable facilities as the state port and the airport. During the dawn of its forces, the Gambino criminal group consisted of more than 40 teams, and controlled large cities of America (New York, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles and others). Gambino did not welcome drug trafficking members of his group, because he considered this a dangerous business that attracted much attention.
