Returned to the Abzu, Adamu and Ti-Amat bear children.
Earthlings proliferate, working in the mines and as servants.
Enlil's grandchildren, the twins Utu and Inanna, are born.
Anunnaki couples bear other offspring on Earth.
Climate changes cause hardships on Earth and on Lahmu.
Nibiru's orbital nearing is accompanied by upheavals.
Enki and Marduk explore the Moon, find it inhospitable.
Enki determines the constellations and Celestial Time.
Bitter about his own fate, Enki promises supremacy to Marduk.
Anu gives command of a new spaceport to Utu, not to Marduk.
Enki encounters and mates with two Earthling females.
One bears a son, Adapa, the other a daughter, Titi.
Keeping his parenting a secret, Enki raises them as foundlings.
Adapa, highly intelligent, becomes the first Civilized Man.
Adapa and Titi mate, have two sons: Ka-in and Abael.

After being banished from Edin, Adamu and Ti-Amat would have children. The new workers didn't complain or grumble in the mines. They eagerly worked and awaited their rations. There's a brief explanation that although Enki and Enlil's sons and daughters were having children of their own as well as other Anunnaki, their lifespan was that of Nibiru but their aging was that of Earth. At a time where they would still be in diapers on Nibiru, they're already a child! Nannar and Ningal would have twins named Inanna and Utu.

Some strange events began with nature on Earth and Mars. On Earth, rains became heavy, volcanoes erupting, the ground shaking, brimstone falling from the sky, while on Mars heavy winds were causing dust storms. Even the Hammered Bracelet was having disturbances. "Demons" which were what they were calling meteors:

Pitiless demons havoc causing, violently the Earth they approached,
Into flaming fires in the skies they were bursting.
In a clear day darkness they were causing, with storms and Evil Winds they raged
around.
Like stony missiles the Earth they were attacking,

Scars upon the moon, Earth, and Mars they left. This was all being caused by the approach of Nibiru, much like what we are seeing today.

In the heavens Nibiru was approaching, the Sun's abode it was nearing.
By the seven, in a row arraigned, was Nibiru distracted,
The path through the Hammered Bracelet it was missing,
From the Bracelet bits and pieces it has been displacing!

Although the landscape wasn't altered much and there were no reported lives lost, at that time only a continent was inhabited. The count since they first landed was 80 Shars, so perhaps 80 Shars is the time it takes for Nibiru to affect the Earth. This seems about every 288,000 years! After this passing Mars got a beating, the crossing point between Mars and Nibiru was moved by Bad-Tibira and Marduk returned to Earth. To the moon, Enki and Marduk would go to observe it and study it. It was here that the ages of the Zodiac were established by Enki. Thirty six constellations separated into three sections; the way of Anu, the way of Enlil, and the way of Enki, twelve signs established for the twelve heavenly bodies in the solar system. Six bodies in the lower waters (Below the Bracelet) and six above. Sol, Mercury, Mars, Earth, Kingu(the moon) and Venus in the lower, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Nibiru in the upper. It was around this time Marduk expressed his sadness of the lack of supremacy and of no glory to be given in his name. Enki promised Marduk that his time would come. Now with the Igigi's work disbanded, to Earth Marduk returned with Enki.

The new waystation on Earth Ninurta would be in charge of. Of the "Gateway to Heaven" Marduk would be in charge of so demanded Enlil. The rivalry between the two brothers and their kids disturbing Anu. For this reason, he put Utu in charge. Both of those on Earth and some on Mars. With Anunnaki toils increasing in the Edin, Ninurta took 50 heroes and went to the Abzu to capture humans to take their place. Enki and Enlil were both enraged by this action. Enlil did give in though. This brought a new problem though, as they had allowed them to mate in the Edin, their numbers grew and food became scarce! So by this Enlil demanded Enki to find a solution, but the outcome would anger Enlil even more. Enki had children with two Earthlings! For them to sow grains and raise sheep to replenish the land his goal was. Enki did this because he noticed the more the Earthlings mated, the more they degraded back to their primitive form! Less productive and less intelligent. So by impregnating two Earth women, Adapa and Titi would be born. Civilized man!

Enki summoned Enlil to reveal these new man and passed them off as those he found in the wilderness. To them, he asked for grain and sheep to be brought from Nibiru for them to care for. Enlil wasn't fully buying the story but went along with it for the time. To Anu he made Enki's requests of grain and sheep to be sent from Nibiru. It was during this time that Adapa and Titi would have two sons...Kain and Abel.
