Dari ibnu abbas radhiallahu anhuma berkata rasulullah shallallahu alaihi wasallam bersabda, " sesungguhnya hari ini ( jum'at ) allah menjadikannya sebagai hari led bagi kaum muslimin, maka barang siapa yang menghadiri shalat jum'at hendaknya mandi, jika ia memiliki wangi-wangian maka hendaknya dia memakainya dan bersiwaklah " ( HR. Ibnu majah dan hadistnya dinyatakan hasan oleh Al Albani ).
