Kenya Gov't Official Bank's Ban On Crypto Is Based On Lot Of Research

The Kenyan government official says the country's cryptocurrency ban is based on a lot of research.

The Central Bank of Kenya has banned banks from dealing with cryptocurrencies.

According to the Journal, Central Bank Governor Patrick Njoroge said they had conducted extensive research on the matter and concluded that it was a scam.

We did a lot of research on this and came to the conclusion that this is a scam

We want to make sure that in the future there are no traps because there is no such thing as a virtual currency.

Njoroge also explains why they don't want to ban cryptocurrencies but only allow them to trade. We are not banning cryptocurrencies, we only allow crypto trading, as long as you trade on regulated exchanges you can do whatever you want.
