lets start the day off right!!! with some dope beats.

hey guys this is a beat i titled lifeless. i first started with the melody took my time to get the melody to sound natural and human played. simple with a twist of complex to keep the ear interested.

next i started with finding drums that matched the melody. starting with the kick and hi-hat making sure they felt and sounder right. wit h the appropriate correlation of balance between the sounds. and that they where processed just right.

this is how i layed the hi-hats through the intro in to the verse with fluctuation in the velocity. fallowing this there is a very basic kick pattern but complex to the same extent meeting that middle ground where it sounds good but not clutters. along with a snare that complements the kick. notice that every drum sound is picked to complement the next. this really gives drums great movement im my opinion when there all layered and suite each-other well.

and last but not least i used a slightly off time clap with the snare to enhance the feel the snare gives off.
but without further rambling about what i did here's the beat.
