Hiking Ukrainian Carpathians
Ukrainian Carpathians are a great place to spend your vacation hiking. Image above is made while climbing the highest peak in Ukraine Hoverla. The route is not a complicated one and will take 1-2 nights. You can climb the mountain in one day even with your kids.
This image was made while climbing one of the most complicated peaks of Carpathian mountains called Syvulia. Weather there changes every minute and you can experience blizzard which then changes with extreme heat. It is not recommended to climb Syvulia mountain without sufficient experience; several deaths were reported. There are several ways to climd the peak; the easiest one will take from 3 to 4 days depending of your physical abilities.
This is the other perspective shot of the summit Syvulia. You definitely will need a warm jacket there even in June. I will also drop several photos with the route marks on the trees.
