The highest bridge in the world: Beipanjiang Super Bridge
Beipanjiang super large bridge: it is located at the junction of Guanling Buyi and Miao Autonomous County and Qinglong County, Guizhou Province, China. It is designed by China Railway Eryuan and constructed by China Railway Port and Waterway Bureau. It is a rigid frame reinforced concrete arch bridge. The bridge crosses Beipanjiang River in one span. It is about 300m high from the river and 721.25m long. The main bridge has a span of 445M, which is the same type of railway arch bridge in the world The mid span is the largest.
Beipanjiang bridge is a control project of the West Guizhou section of Shanghai Kunming high speed railway in China. Construction started in October 2010, with a budget investment of 450 million yuan. Successfully closed on November 19, 2015. The time for the train to pass the Beipanjiang bridge is only about 6 seconds, but the builders have been fighting for 6 years in the mountains.
The design life of the main structure is up to 100 years, the blasting earthwork of the bridge arch base is more than 440000, a total of 170000 cubic meters of concrete is poured, and the main arch adopts reinforced concrete rigid frame arch ring. The whole bridge consumes more than 40000 tons of steel. If the concrete is built into a retaining wall with a cross-section of one square meter, it will be 170 kilometers long, extending from the bridge to Guiyang.
The bridge has set two records in Guizhou high-speed railway bridge construction: the largest span bridge of reinforced concrete arch bridge in the world and the largest span bridge of high-speed railway bridge in China. After the completion of the bridge, five breakthroughs have been achieved, namely, the maximum span of reinforced concrete arch bridge, the maximum span of high-speed railway bridge, the laying technology of ballastless track of long-span bridge, the construction method of long-span concrete arch bridge and the rigidity control technology of long-span bridge.
Construction unit of Beipanjiang super large bridge: China Railway Port and Shipping Bureau structural through type rigid skeleton reinforced concrete arch bridge across the North Panjiang river with a length of 721.25m, a height of about 300m, a design life of 100 years, consumable concrete of 170000m3 and steel of more than 40000 tons
- Construction process
Construction started in October 2010, with a budget investment of 450 million yuan.
On January 12, 2014, the main structure of steel bar was successfully closed.
On November 19, 2015, the North Panjiang super large bridge of Shanghai Kunming high speed railway in Anshun City, Guizhou Province was successfully closed.
- Quantity of works
Beipanjiang super large bridge is a through type rigid frame reinforced concrete arch bridge, with a span of 445 meters, and a span of 827 meters of cable single tower and double anchor built for bridge construction, ranking first in China. C80 concrete advanced technology is rarely used in the main span steel tube arch in China. The bridge integrates the arch bridge in China's bridge construction
Cable stayed bridge, suspension bridge, continuous beam bridge and other characteristics.
The whole bridge consumes more than 40000 tons of steel, 440000 tons of blasting earthwork and 170000 cubic meters of concrete. If the concrete is built into a retaining wall with a cross-section of one square meter, it will be 170 kilometers long, extending from the bridge to Guiyang.
Two massive concrete arch columns with a total volume of 70000 square meters have been built on both sides of the river... And so on? What is the concept of 70000 cubic meters concrete? Release Jun crooked head rough conversion, but this is equivalent to a 10 - storey building into the two sides! Then let the main body of the bridge "grow" from the "building". When the whole bridge is formed, the force it receives will be transmitted to two arch columns, and then the force will be distributed to the whole mountain through the arch columns. Such a bridge will allow us to "wind east, West, North and south, and I am still".
- Engineering features
Beipanjiang super large bridge is one of the key bridge projects of China Railway, which integrates the characteristics of arch bridge, cable-stayed bridge, continuous beam bridge and other bridge types in China bridge construction. Great innovations have been made in the structural form, span, structure and construction technology of the bridge, and many engineering indexes have reached the leading level in China and the world. The total length of the bridge is 721.25m, and the span of the main bridge is 445M, ranking the first in the world in the same type of railway arch bridge; the span of cable suspended single tower and double anchor is 827m, ranking the first in China; the first use of C80 concrete advanced technology in steel tube arch is the first in China. At the same time, the bridge will achieve "five breakthroughs" in the maximum span of reinforced concrete arch bridge, the maximum span of high-speed railway bridge, the ballastless track laying technology of long-span bridge, the construction method of long-span concrete arch bridge and the rigidity control of long-span bridge.
