Steemit is an ocean. It takes time to understand it. Yes HF19 has it's effect on rewards for each post. And at the same time every member must understand the system of curation. And about Quality voting. Unfortunately my last post about an 8 days ago was on HF19 and it was totally a failure post for me in terms of viewership though I have mentioned valid points and in fact in my earlier posts too will tell the story that how we can earn well with some little care. But as usual, good stuff always go unnoticed.

That means, even newbies are also least bothered to read the posts from the section NEW. Newbies are going to suffer almost no curation rewards after HF20 Update which is due and can happen any time if they don't wake up early and understand the [Steemit])steemit.com). Because, Newbies are not going to receive Free/Delegated Steem Power after HF20 Update. There will be some other benefits they are going to receive but until unless one(be it Newbie or a old member, but doesn't have enough Steem Power) understands curation system well, it will be sorrow for every one who expects and join Steemit for money. Money is always here for those who understands Steemit quite well.

Why Post rewards are decreasing

Coming to post rewards which lot members were/are complaining about recently. Though most of the posts have lot of UpVotes, instead of increase in reward it's actually decreasing. Why! It has several reasons. Most of us must be seeing a huge drop in our rewards of posts in the last 4 days. Many were saying that HF19 has a bug because of which it is happening. Well, that's not true.. but in other way yes(there is no Bug. It is pure technical thing). HF19 update has some effect on rewards. Let me tell you how. But before explaining about HF19 effect, one more major reason behind less rewards is because of huge landslide price drop happening for the last 4 days in crypto currency markets. Steem and SBD are suffering the price drop because of this. Also our post rewards are calculated as per the average SBD price of last 3.5 days.

How Rewards are getting effected with HF19 Update

Now coming to HF19 effect on rewards. If any member Upvoting a post with 100% Steem Power, and Upvote other posts too on same day , will make his earlier Upvoted post rewards slide a bit. For example: If I UpVote a post now with 100%( I obviously had no choice but to go with 100% Steem Power as I can not lower my Steem Power per Vote untill I reach 500.000 Steem Power mark), and I keep on UpVoting few other posts too Today, Which will make previous Upvoted posts's rewards drops a bit. So, many members like me will Upvote with 100% Steem Power. I am not exactly sure on whether it is because of the drop in Voting Power for that Day or because of Linear Rewards which was mentioned in HF19 Update. Whatever is the reason, too many Upvotes by one member on same day with 100% Steem Power will have the impact on rewards of prior Upvoted posts. We can not stop such 100% votes. We will be lucky enough if we can get some Whale Votes to balance the deficit.

So, price drop and 100% Steem Power Upvotes are the reason for the rewards melting.

There are thousands of posts are being posted every hour. We are seeing amazing increase of new members on Steemit for the last 2 or 3 months. And it will grow with same pace. At the same time, the Steem or SBD which are in distribution is very less when it comes to a fair distribution policy as we all would expect more rewards with each of our post. But, the reality is, NOPE..that's not going to happen in future. Because supply and demand is key here. Unless the Steem and SBD don't have the significant increase for distribution, rewards for each post in future will become more linear/small. That is what going to happen in future.

That said, it is every member's responsibility to walk hand in hand with newbies instead of thinking handful of money. We must enlighten them with a knowledge learning posts. Making Minnows/Newbies potential enough with Steem Power. Many whales are supporting Newbies with their votes already. I would also like to suggest Newbies to use @minnowsupport. Being a member in it will help you stay on Steemit instead of feeling sorrow for no rewards to your posts.

As many were famous personalities said it in the past, "learning is a life long process". All of us are not Born with talent right ! One or the other, something or or the other must tell/teach us. Thus we learn things. I am able make my explanation on HF19 rewards because, I have read a comment of @ats-david's on a post and explained it in simple form for easy understanding.
