Health Booster Tea
I absolutely love making this tea! Not only is it sweet and delicious, it’s also so good for the body!
I want to share this awesome tea with you to tantalise your taste buds and revitalise your health! The Ingredients are:
Cardamon
Cinnamon
Fennel
Ginger
Liquorice Root
Nutmeg
Star Anise
I’ve linked each ingredient to an amazon product so you can easily have everything you need at your door as soon as tomorrow! Most ingredients are easy to find at the supermarket except the main sweetener; liquorice root, this tea would not be the same without it!
If you buy the ingredients from the supermarket make sure you get the whole spiced and then crush them in a pestle and mortar. If you don’t already have one you can find one here
To brew this tea you can use a teapot, coffee plunger or a tea infuser. This is the one I use. If you want it click here

As you can see this brew is more than just a yummy tea, it can also help align so many health concerns.
The sweetness of this brew comes from liquorice, star anise, cinnamon and nutmeg, everything else completes it! For best results pour boiled water and leave it brewing for at least 20 minutes.
I like to leave a little liquid at the bottom and let it sit for a day or two then add more boiled water when you’re ready for a hot cup.
The longer the brew, the stronger the taste!
Also, you can enjoy this tea chilled on a hot day. I actually think it’s better cold.. Or maybe that’s just because it’s brewed for longer.
Anyway, I really hope you get the ingredients for this mega healthy herbal tea and experience it’s deliciousness and health boosting properties.
Just to recap; if you’re suffering from any kind of viral or bacterial infection, imbalance of hormones, digestive issues or pretty much anything (as all these ingredients are anti-inflammatory and inflammation is the main cause of disease) then this tea can help you heal.
Much Love & Light
