Hello everyone, good evening to you all and welcome back to my blog. Menstruation is the period which happens in Women in their reproductive stage. It is the period whereby the Uterine lining sheds this is because the egg didn't fertilize to result to pregnancy. It is characterised with flow of blood from the Vagina for about 3 to 5 days. The days differs in Women. Some women has heavy flow, while some has light flow. Menstrual flow comes with lots of symptoms like headache, fever, acnes, Nausea, vomiting, purging, mood swings etc.

Menstrual Support Tea: Prepare a herbal tea targeting menstrual health. Document the ingredients, preparation steps, and benefits of herbs and remedy.

I used the following herbs to prepare this Tea

Preparation
  • Add two cups of water to the pot.

  • Wash and add the the Clove to the pot.

  • Wash and add the Uziza leaf to the pot.

  • Peel, wash, and slice the turmeric into tiny pieces and add it to the pot.

  • Boil the mixture for about 10 minutes.

  • Allow it to cool and then strain it into a cup.

Clove
