Before making a herbal remedy for the menstural support I want to explain the menstural cycle. Menstural cycle is the part of every woman. After a specific time period the menses occur to each women. But at a specific age this cycle stops. Many women faces problems in the menstural cycle. Sometimes they face irregular cycles which is a great hectic for the women. It makes them feel uncomfortable and the menses becomes unpredictable.

I will create a herbal tea blend for the menstural support by using the following ingredients:

  • Black Sesame
  • Lodhra
  • Beetroot

Here you can see black sesame. These are the black colour seeds. These are widely used in different foods and medicines. I often see these black sesame in the sweet dishes. These are helpful for the bone health, hair health and menstural health. These black sesame will be the part of this wonderful remedy.

Here you can see lodhra. This herb looks like the cinnamon. It is widely used in the different herbal medicines. It will also be the part of the remedy for the menstural health support.

Here you can see beetroot. It is a unique herb which is widely used for different purposes such as in the vegetables, salads as well as for the juice. It will also be the part of the remedy.

All the herbs are at one place and now I will start preparation of the remedy. I have taken black sesame, lodhra and beetroot. Always use minimum quantity of all the herbs for the preparation of the remedies. Because excessive of everything is bad.

Here I have taken water in the container. I will boil all the herbs in this water. I have turned on the furnace and now everything will be boiled in this container of water.

Here you can see first of all I have added black sesame in the container to boil them in the water. The black sesame are floating in the water. I have used a minimum quantity of the black sesame.

Here you can see I have put lodhra in the water. But before adding it in the water I converted it into small pieces so that their benefits can be added in the water easily.

At the end I have added beetroot in the container of water. But before adding beetroot I washed it in the water complete to remove the debris and dirt. Then I cut it into small pieces. The red small pieces were looking very amazing.

I boiled the herbs in the water for about 10 minutes. And you can see that the herbs have been dissolved in the water completely. The black sesame seeds, lodhra and beetroot have become smooth and swollen because of absorbing heat and water.
