INGREDIENTS:
GINGER
Ginger is a plant during menses the uterus Prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are chemical compounds that increase period pain by constricting blood vessels and making the muscles in the uterus contract. So, with the ability and components of ginger, it can be as effective as non-steroidal anti-inflammation drugs (NSAIDs) in relieving menstrual pain.
CINNAMON
Cinnamon comes from the bark of various cinnamon trees, Cinnamon offers a sweet warmth a hint of spice and a woody flavour, it helps reduce salt, sugar and fat in the diet for overall health cinnamon contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidants and anti-fungal .it is powerful because it is packed with vitamins, so because of its properties, it improves blood circulation.
CLOVES
Cloves are dried flower buds that originate in the clove trees; cloves boast a staggering oxidant value and distinct pungent bitter-sweet and astringent flavours.
It also contains manganese, which helps the body manage enzymes that repair bone.
PREPARATION STEPS
Equipment:
1 pot
1 chopping board
1 knife
1 cup
Ingredients:
4 cups of water
2 thumbs of ginger root, chopped
2 cinnamon sticks
7 whole cloves
STEPS TO MAKE GINGER, CINNAMON, CLOVES TEA
Step 1 Put water in the pot and boil it
Step 2 Wash and peel the ginger
Step 3 Add the ginger, cinnamon and cloves to the boiling water
Step 4 Allow to boil for 10 minutes and remove it from the heat
Step 5 Then serve it hot

- 3 thumbs of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of dried fennel seeds
- 5 cups of water
- 2 thumbs of turmeric
- 1 ball of lemon.
Steps for preparations
- Wash both ginger, turmeric and fennel thoroughly.
- Peel ginger and turmeric
- Toast fennel seeds in a dry frying pan for a minute.
- Combine the peeled ginger and turmeric with the toasted fennel and boil for 20-30 minutes.
- Press out the lemon
- Serve it hot.
