Hello everyone, good afternoon to you all and welcome back to my blog. Menopause is a period in the life of Women, usually within the age of 45 to 56 when their Ovaries stops producing eggs and Menstrual blood stops flowing.
Menopause Tea Blend: Create a tea blend for the menopause support using at least 3 herbs. Document the ingredients, preparation steps, and benefits of herbs and remedy. (3 marks) |

Clove | 10pieces |
Ginger | 1 small bulb |
Water | 2 cups |
Procedure
Pick the Zobo and remove the shaft from it.
Add water to the pot.
Wash the Zobo.
Add the Zobo and clove to the pot.
Peel, wash, slice and add the Ginger to the pot.
Boil for about 30 minutes and allow to cool.
Then strain it into a cup.
You can add Sugar or honey as a sweetener.
Serve warm.

Add two cups of water to the pot.
Peel, wash, slice and add the Garlic and Tumeric to the pot.
Wash and add the Uziza leaf to the pot.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Strain to a cup.
serve warm. Take a glass in the morning and at Night.
