First I'll soak the dried chickpeas in water for 8 to 10 hours. Chickpeas, boil potato together.
These boiled chickpeas can be eaten as salads. In this I will add ginger and turmeric and other spices and potatoes, tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies, onions as vegetables for extra nutrition.
At the beginning of cooking, I will mix all the spices prepared in advance with onion furan with water and brown it and pour it on the fried onion. I'll add two tomatoes to it once the masala is grated. When tomatoes are well cooked I'll grind them well with boiled chickpeas.Boil it for five to ten minutes with potatoes and plenty of water. At the end of cooking I will serve it to eat with chopped cilantro and green chillies and my chickpea recipe is ready which I can add to breakfast or any meal.
