SLC S21 Week 2 - Basic Herbal Remedies for Daily Health.
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah. Hope everyone is well, I am also well by the grace of Alhamdulillah. I have come to participate in the course of dear brother herbal doctor. Then after reading the course, it is understood that he is very skilled and experienced. I learned and learned a lot from reading his course. So I'm going to thank him personally.
May Allah always keep you healthy and will always be there to teach you. Dear friends, I will present some of my writings in front of you in the context of all the knowledge that I have gained by reading his post. Before that, I will invite some of my friends. Herbal teas are beneficial for health. It has many medicinal properties. I will use some medicinal ingredients to make herbal tea.
The ingredients are:-
Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, garlic, tea leaves, two cups of water.
Preparation Step:– First, take two cups of water in a container, then add four cardamoms, two cinnamon medium size, four cloves, two cloves of garlic, half a tablespoon of tea leaves. I will put it on the stove, cook in the oven for about four or five minutes. When the water is hot and boiling, turn off the stove. After that, pour hot tea in a transparent cup and serve.
Benefits:-
Garlic: Garlic is an herbal ingredient with medicinal properties. Allicin, a substance in garlic, produces acid in the stomach which helps in digestion. Garlic is also very helpful in reducing stomach pain and flatulence.
Cardamom: A very important ingredient, cardamom contains anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredients that help reduce stomach discomfort and flatulence.
Cinnamon: Cinnamon has long been helpful in increasing digestive power.
Clove: Clove is a medicinal ingredient rich in medicinal properties, which helps in digestion.
Tea leaves: Tea leaves are helpful in reducing stomach acidity and indigestion.
It is very important to preserve herbs at home, so we can solve common fever, cold, indigestion, cough at home in a domestic way.
I use some methods to preserve the dried herbs in my home.
First, buy the ingredients from the market and let them dry, then store them neatly in a lidded box, so that fungi and bacteria can not attack.
- It works because it does not attack fungi and bacteria.
Raw Ingredients Like Mint Leaves, Basak Leaves, Dhunia Leaves, Patharkuchi Leaves I Store Them In The Fridge.
- It works because the freshness and quality of the leaves remain intact.
Oils such as olive, mustard oil are full of medicinal properties, I use plastic bottles and glass bottles to preserve this oil.
- It works because it keeps the quality of the oil right.
I have made a tea with homemade herbal ingredients to treat cold.
Ingredients:-
Ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom.Preparation: First, I took a cup of water in a pot, and cooked it on the stove for five minutes. After that, add ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom to hot water and cook for two more minutes. That's how I made the perfect tea.
Benefits:-
Ginger: Helps reduce cold, has been used since ancient times in the treatment of cold.
Clove: Cloves play an important role in reducing cold, cloves are an herbal ingredient that is helpful in reducing cold.
Cardamom: Cardamom is an ingredient with medicinal properties. Cardamom is helpful in reducing cold.
First I will choose two ingredients for stress and digestion.

Process:
First, soak garlic and mint leaves in a cup of hot water for ten minutes for digestion.
And Similarly I Will Soak Cardamom And Ginger For Stress.
In this way, after 10 minutes, the herbal ingredients will be mixed nicely between the two pots.
And in the results of the test, I saw that garlic and mint worked very well for digestive problems, after some time relief was felt.
And cardamom and ginger are also helpful in reducing stress and it has also worked well.
However, according to my thinking, although herbal ingredients are good for the body, excessive consumption can cause side effects, so you should refrain from excessive consumption.

Amigo las hierbas varían mucho en cada país y las infusiones de las mismas también lo veo en tu presentación.
Lo que usted usó para las infusiones aquí le llamamos especias, cómo la canela y los clavos, pero se ve como puede servir para preparar una infusion medicinal pues aquí yo lo uso para postres casi nunca en bebidas.
