Yarsha Gumba is high altitude herb as well as insects. It is very expensive Himalayan herbal product and very important for our health. This is a herb as well as the plant. It is never dying. It is found in above 38 inch-48oom height. The sherpa and Himalayan people engage in this job.and they use it. Sherpa says that It is known as "cheatable" , which means insect with an umbrella. so It is insect under the ground and above the ground, it is a plant.It has both insects as well as the plant.
In Sherpa language, it is known as "Yarsha Gumba" which means 'yacht' which means herbal and 'Gumba' is an insect. Both plant and insect growth within together in one, that is why it is known as Yarsha Gumba. In Nepali traditional language this name is made from two words Yarsha and Gumba.It is called Yarsha Gumba, somewhere, it is known as nondead life plant.
