My Dream

Mister Daniel has been a friend to Abigail for years during their tertiary school days. After sometimes, both separated from each other resulting from lack of finance. Abigail went her way clicking with new friends while Daniel started searching as culture demands. God so kind, he succeeded and met a girl called Doreen, both loved each other. As times goes, they got wedded. After six months of their wedding, Tech company folded and Daniel lost his job. During the hours of joblesness that Daniel encountered, his wife Doreen was there to cater for the family needs, for two years and four months.
Finally, Daniel got a job in Agro based Industry, within few months, he status changed for good. Both partners continued to live in peace and harmony. Three years later, no child. They went to the hospital, after examination, Doctor Redmond was unable to dictate any problem in relation to the infertility issue the partners are suffering. Doctor Redmond advice them to go and put everything in Gods hands, assuring them, that their children are on the way.
Daniel and Doreen thought it wise, they made up their mind to start visiting motherless babies home and other social welfare institutions to assist the needy. As this was happening, both decided to equally extend their help to the entire community by telling the people to mentions their needs. People were requesting and they were granting their request. This news blew out and reach the ear's of Abigail who still rock the town with men that his ex boyfriend or hubby to be now has money and equally assist people who has different issues.
On a good day, she make up and visited Daniel, on her arrival she saw Daniel and Doreen sitting together and playing whot. She control herself and walk towards them, there she said
Good afternoon Dan, how are you? Daniel reply, I'm fine and who are you? Abigail said, don't be funny, am not here for ur money, am Abigail ur future wife.
Doreen rise up and asked her hubby, who is she to you? Daniel, she is my ex girlfriend I told u about. Doreen said to Abigail; Madam, what can my hubby do for you? Abigail replied, I'm sorry madam, if Dan has taken you to be his wife. Daniel (with anger on his face) said, Abigail no need for you to stay here and while away ur time, say ur want and get out of here. Abigail (smile) and said: ok. I heard about ur assistance to the entire community and am here to make my own request since you are capable of solving their needs, hope u will solve my. Doreen looked at Daniel and Daniel said, how much are we talking about? Money is not my request, the married couple stair at each other, behold Abigail said; my request is, marry me. Daniel was shocked and he said God, I (without wasting time, Doreen sounded a hot slap on his cheek). Daniel touching his cheek, wake up and saw his mother beside his bed and he asked. Mum, why are you here? His mother responded. Son, look at the time and tell me what you saw (she continued) have you forgotten so quickly that today is your sisters wedding ceremony and every body is busy dressing up. Daniel, sighed deeply with relief and said; No wonder, it was a dream. The mother was like Oho.
