If you have diabetes better to avoid eating certain fruits do contain more sugar then others.
it does not mean that you will totally avoid the fruit’s if you have Diabetes . Please consult with the Doctor if you have Diabetes that how much quantity you can eat the fruits if you are suffering for Diabetes. Under my separate post I will elaborate and will try to brief the Doctors advised daily diet chart for the Diabetics patient .
High sugar contain fruit”s is : Cherries ,Grapes,, Mangoes, Lychees, Figs, Banana, strawberries
