Newbie nods.
Today is a tough day not only did I get ripped on another b. S. Scam from a very reputable organization. The engine in my car blew up, which cost me my job. Now I'm lost I spent my savings putting a new top end in this vehicle. I had to have the work done in FL. Because our kids were there for a family summer visit on our way home the head gasket blew so we bought a town and country stow and go mini van I loved that van unfortunately it was totaled the Gap covered all but $1,000 so my mom talked me into repairing the first broken car for $3,900 after $2,500 down pmt. On the van so I did and got a plane ticket flew home got the car. It ran great all the way back to TN. Drove it for about 3200 miles and on the way to have my son's tubes replaced in his ears, it overheats. I immediately call the mechanic in FL he gives me the name of the company he bought the parts from saying they warranty it well NO. So after having to pay for an estimate, another $109.00 and that mechanic saying the guy put the thermostat in upside down here don't want to touch it. I call my mechanic in FL. he says he can't do nothing unless the car is there I'm broke by this point so I tried to nurse it to work to keep my job and it completely dies. Cost me another $75.00 towing fee but the real cost was my job. My son has therapy 3 times a week I tried a cab $100.00 a day no way, Uber not much less. My accounts $120.00 the negative and no income I have absolutely no recourse no one around here to lend a hand to this matter. and I don't know where to go from here. To put icing on the cake I get a knock on the door and here stands DCS. Why is your son missing therapy? OMG. I about dropped to my knees balling my eyes out. I shut the door and disappeared to the room to pout, curse my life or whatever's there to believe in.
