because some peoples votes aren't worth anything.. like mine because i'm a minnow lol but if you are a dolphin or a wale then 1 vote from them can be worth.. $10 - ore $100.. depends..
i searched for many of these answers on the steemit search and there are a lot of articles detailing how to withdraw moneY! :) and talking about what steem is etc
