B2C Nedir?
b2c, business-to-consumer iş modelinin kısaltılmış halidir.
bu iş modelinde firma satış, pazarlama ve ticari faaliyetlerini doğrudan son kullanıcıya yani tüketiciye yapar. bu terim de yine -b2b gibi- plazalarda ve iş hayatında sık sık kullanılan bir terimdir.
Genellikle e-ticaret'te kullanılan bu terim ile tüketici firmanın e-ticaret sitesine girerek satın almak istediği ürünü alır ve satış tamamlanır. b2c e-ticarette çok yaygın kullanılan bir iş modelidir.
