Pg , Vg gibi değerlere sahiptir.Bunlar propilen glikol ve bitkisel gliserindir . Farklı oranlarda kullanılabilir.Ciğerde su toplanmasına sebep olduğu gerekçesiyle çokça eleştiri almasına karşın tütünden daha az zararlı olması da tercih edilme sebepleri arasındadır.
