Worth noting, that Grumpycat, a whale/orca, downvotes posts upvoted by bots that allow you to upvote posts over 3.5 days. So it's a consideration to keep in mind, as you'll actually be losing money that way.
It's also important to note how upme and votes like it work. There are times where people get back 10-20% of their SBD back, because people over-register to the bots, which do not refund or close their gates.

I do not agree. I think minnows an get exposure using these bots and with @minnowbooster I don't think you can not to earn at least some SP
You will always get something, but you can use a self-vote for 10 SBD, and get a $2 upvote back, using @upme and other bots like it.
And if you use @upme and Grumpycat decides to downvote you for $100, you're getting nothing.
This isn't about you "not agreeing" with me, but you spreading incorrect or incomplete information.
I know a lot of users using @upme regularly, not getting downvotes and earn a lot of SP from it.
A lot of people are using MinnowBooster for example. I never saw Grumpycat downvotes their posts.
That's because @bitton is actually presenting incorrect information. Minnowbooster and @upme do not allow upvotes on content older than 3.5 days.
I recommend checking this page out.
@geekorner I just saw that he said @upme upvotes posts who are older than even 5 days. while it's - "Posts cannot be older than 3 Day(s) 12 Hour(s)"

If they don't allow it, it means you cant do it, therefore no downvote from grumpycat.
It is also important to note that sending shitposts for upvotes, especially when done closer to payout, will make you lose your money and get no upvote an a fancy BAN from the service.
