Overheating causes a lot of discomfort to the human body, which can seriously affect health or even death. This is because the hot sun makes the body easily dehydrated, which can cause increased thirst, weakness, dizziness, palpitations and fainting. Heat exhaustion occurs when the body is dehydrated and salt is sweated too much without the help of water. Heat stroke usually occurs when the body loses its ability to cool itself, in which case the patient should be given immediate medical attention.

What should do to protect your health during the hot summer season?

  • Limit out: When the weather is hot, do not go out on the road when there is no work. When forced to go out in the street, measures need to be taken in the summer heat.
  • Activities in moderation: Eat three meals and snacks between meals. Balancing study time and sleep, entertainment, should not study continuously for many hours. After 45 minutes of study, relax by listening to music, looking away, walking ... or take a cool bath. Children should also participate in physical activity because it will help blood circulation, bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the brain, so that they will be more bright when learning. Just a few exercises or a walk around the classes also help blood circulation.
  • Forming good sleep habits: Although the pre-test is urgent, it requires students to concentrate and spend more time. However, sleep is very important to the health and concentration of the brain. So they need to sleep enough time, avoid staying too late will affect health. Try to make sure you get enough sleep with a minimum of 7 hours a day. If the time is too much, consider taking a nap, try to sleep before 11 am and get up at 5 am.
  • Providing adequate nutrition: It makes make the body healthy, strengthen the resistance. Eat enough carbohydrates, however, you should choose slow-absorption sugary foods such as whole grains, black bread. Avoid fast absorption of sugary drinks, candy ...
