In current situation of the cryptocurrency market, launching an ICO is a risky bet. Most people do not trust ICOs anymore because of the bubble they created last year.

people that lost in the last year's ICO are those who bought in to hyped projects and not what they understand.
My personal view though and i still buy a good ICO when i see one
