As I age, my body reminds me to eat clean—and stay conscious of when I'm in a kind of carbonara and pastries phase—stretch regularly, &also do strengthening exercises every now and then for alignment and vitality; check my negative thoughts and projections; visualize my goals; push boundaries of comfort and safety; and keep in touch with—and support—my feel-good people.
