Secrets to muscle building.

Every average man has a secret wish of looking like a superhuman, bodybuilding is one key that makes that dream a reality. In bodybuilding you don't just build muscles Noo!!! You also build your confidence, your self esteem, it makes you feel almost invincible....

Today I'm going to show the secrets of building a perfect aesthetic body...

  1. Nutrition:
    I named it number one because it's the most important factor to consider when trying to build muscles. There is a saying "you are what you eat". A proper diet plan of mainly protein and carbohydrates is effective. The most effective source of protein a bodybuilder needs is meat, most expecially pork meat, other proteinous foods like beans, fish and eggs can also give you the results you need. I will give a concised dietary plan in my next post.

  2. Build a focus:
    Yes reasons motivate people to do things even the unthinkable things are done for a reason so no matter what always have at the back of your mind you are looking or there is a reason you want to build your body, it kind of has a way of pushing you beyond your limits and believe that works for me!!

  3. Have a timetable!: This is another important factor, have you every been to the gym and just get confused on where to start? You need a time table brother. With a good time table you get to intermediate the frequency at which you build a particular muscle. If u don't have a proper training plan, u may stand a chance of getting an inappropriate body structure and believe me lads, that is the worst!!! Look out for my next post where I'll give my own personal time table I've been working with....

  4. Sleep well:
    The body's metabolic activity is always at its peak during sleep, this also applies to muscle growth, after a day of workout it is advisable to get a good sleep maybe afternoon nap or night sleep. You must sleep for a least 7hours everyday. This helps the worn out muscles heal... And muscle hypertrophy kicks in!!!

  5. Reduce alcohol intake:
    It's advisable to reduce your intake of alcohol or stop alcohol intake at best optimally, for a start in bodybuilding it's best u take alcohol once a month, yeah, that's kinda hard tho but try your best to reduce the intake...
