Many people prefer supplements to mendompleng body in order to stay fit. There are even those who use drugs that will cause side effects in the future. The use of these drugs should start you off because you can try a simple method that I summarize into a healthy way of life naturally.

  1. Enough Rest
    If you are busy during the day, try to stay well rested at night. This break can start with enough sleep. How many hours of healthy sleep? many researchers say that good sleep is 7 hours. What if it is difficult to sleep? Well here I would like to say that the break is not just sleep, if you can not sleep for 7 hours due to sleep disturbance (insomnia), I suggest you to do relaxation. Relaxation you can do for example drinking hot tea or hot chocolate, lying down, or showering with hot water. This relaxation can help you calm the mind. Once your mind starts to settle down you can sleep easily.
  1. Wake up in the Morning
    Like a word do not wake up late, later sustenance eaten chicken. The words I often hear from my grandmother when I was a child. It taught 'sustenance' in the morning was not only property, but also clear air. Clear air is the provision provided by God for free for the health of our bodies.   4. Choose Healthy Food Menu
    Previously I also have been discussing about healthy foods on how to get things done. Food for a healthy body is a balanced diet, which means that between fiber, carbohydrate and protein must be balanced. So if hungry do not only emphasize carbohydarat alone but your body needs more balanced nutrition intake. I also advise not to get used to eating junk food, besides not balanced you can not control the intake of nutrients contained in the food.

  5. Applying a Clean Life Ball
    Maintaining everyday environmental conditions is a healthy and clean way of life. In addition to comfort and health, a clean environment also raises your mood. From now on if your workplace is scattered, start cleaning it up. Use a mask while doing the cleaning to prevent dust from entering the body.
