BEETROOT
It's a root vegetable and is a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. Good for your body and skin. BEETROOT OR BEETROOT JUICE can improve athletic performance, reduce blood pressure, and increase blood flow.

Beetroots are easy to prepare, they can be eaten raw, boiled, or baked.

But I don't like to eat them raw so I used to mix them in cucumber and tomato juice or grate it in my salad or make some chillas.

SO today I am going to tell you how to make a beetroot chilla.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Besan (chickpea flour)
1/2 cup oat flour
2 chopped onions
2 beetroots
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil/ ghee
2 handfuls fresh coriander
1/2 tbsp hing
1 tbsp ajwain (you can add more according to your taste)
2 cup of water
salt and pepper and chili powder to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Take one bowl and put 1 cup of besan and 1/2 cup of oat flour in it. Then add grated beetroots in it and mix them properly. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder according to your taste and add 1/2 tbsp of hing and 1 tbsp of ajwain and mix the batter and add water and keep it not so thick and thin. Lastly, add 1 tbsp of ghee or any oil that you use in your kitchen (optional) after that add chopped onions and fresh coriander to it.
Now mix the batter properly to avoid any lumps.

Use the non-stick pan for cooking and use oil/ ghee before you put the batter on the pan. Now cook it on medium gas. Cook it well from both sides.

And it's ready to eat.
you can serve it with red/green sauce or curd.
