Great post. Always best to buy and eat locally sourced honey as it can help with hay fever during times of high pollen count. You'll pay more from a local bee keeper as you are buying a unique product. Also it's not blended like most supermarket honey.

Honey is indeed a miracle. It has quite a number of uses. I swear by it. I use it on myself and on my dogs.

I use it on cuts and sores. I also use coconut oil for the same reason if the honey isn't working. Whichever I have to hand.
