Eat more salads & drink less beer.

Shortly after turning 21, I started enjoying a few craft beers nearly every night. Flash forward 2 years and I maaay have a wee beer belly :/

Feeling bloated all the time is not a good look so another resolution of mine is to eat more foods that do not cause bloating and to ease up on the beer calories.

So far I've had three salads and they were so delicious! It's all about putting in good ingredients that you like. For example fresh veggies and croutons. Croutons are definitely not the healthiest option, but if it helps you enjoy your salad, go for it!
