Healthy Smoothie #2
Here is two types of smoothies you can prepare for breakfast in the morning.
Smoothie 1 Ingredients
- Vanila Protein Powder
- Handful of lettuce
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1/4 lemon
- 1 tbs Flax seeds
** Instruction**
Blend the ingredients above and you can top it with some chia seeds.
Smoothie 2 Ingredients
- Peanut butter protein powder
- 1/2 Squash
- Handful of mint leaves
- 1 cup of blackberries
- 1/2 Apple
- 12 almonds
- 2 tbs of coconut flakes
Instruction
Blend the ingredients above and top it with some coconut flakes or Goji berries.
