SUPER SMOOTHIE - TO TRY!
I am sharing this smoothie recipe that will help those who are diagnosed with pre-diabetes.
It's been 2 weeks since I started a clean diet, No meat - just seafood mostly fish, lots of vegetables and tons of fruits because apparently I have a non-alcoholic fatty liver.
My Doctor told me to watch my sugar intake as well because im prediabetic. I am trying very hard not to eat what I shouldn't eat but still my glucose level is high.
So I tried different smoothie combinations. The banana and strawberry smoothie doesn't work for me by the way.
And then I've found this one - taste is alright :)
My Super smoothie recipe :
STEP 1. BUY Chia seeds - according to my googleing (new term for researching) this seed is a bad boy of all seeds. It can protect my heart and can help lower down my blood sugar level.
STEP 2. Get a quarter glass of milk

STEP 3. Put 3 teaspoon of seeds

STEP 4. Let it soak for 40 minutes
STEP 5. Get your blender and make sure it's clean
STEP 6. Put 1 big banana (I like semi raw banana so it's not too sweet)

STEP 7. Put 6 pieces of grapes (You can add blueberry or blackberry if you like)
STEP 8. Add 1 cup of kale, YES! KALE! Another source of fiber to lower down glucose level
STEP 9. Add 1 cup of Spinach - It is a source of magnesium that help to regulate blood sugar.
STEP 10. Add the soaked Chia seeds and some milk then blend it
Now you can Enjoy the SUPER SMOOTHIE! Let me know how do you like it!!
