My Diet Experience

hello steemian,
long time not see right? so whats going on in the last 6 months since my last post? well, i have a DIET . yeah right!! DIET!! can you believe it? LOL

my diet its started at November 2018 to January 2019, its about 3 month, then i stop.
why? well its a long story actually.

since i've had gallstones on my gallbladder sincle 2017, i am very carefully on what i'm eating, such as avoiding fat, trans oil, fried food, junk food, soda, sweet drink, cookis and snack and totally eat with less oil and only having fruit and vegetable for my snack. i also having exercise and learn more about diet and following diet expert instructure, Yulia Baltschun, she is amazing, she's smart, beautifull and give us a lot and real information and knowledge about the right diet, healthy life. the result is, i've lost 5 kg in 3 months. amazing!!

but then i stopped, because i give up! yes!!! i give up!!
the most important of taking DIET is, you must have strong will and perfect reason then hold on to it.
then, learn the right knowledge about why you must having diet and taking care of your health, searching it, google it, watch video and so on, doing your own research.

and me? i stopped because i'm having personal problem to be solved, and diet just makes my problem whorse.
how come? because in depressions situasion, i need more and more food, more and more chocolate and ice cream, more and more cookies. and the i have bumping weight rising, i have 5 kg fat gain. so its like back to first step LOL

yulia batlschun said, diet its not about changing what you eat, its about changing your personality and the way you live. diet its about changing the way you see your life and turn it become the new you, the better you.

i can feel it, when i have eating rice and fat to much, i become the most depressed person in the universe, why? its sugar. sugar changes your hormones balance and gaining your body fat. whe i stopped doing exercise, my body getting weaker and easy to feel tired, its because my muscle stop moving and it also changing my hormones balance.

next time i'll telling you about my diet schedule and exercise. but for now, i'm trying to start my diet again, maybe tomorrow or next week, or next month :D
