Homemade carbonara pizza. A very exquisite choice for lunch
Recipe: 1.- Start by cutting the onion in julienne and pochandola over low heat, which remains soft, with a touch of salt and pepper. Once poached we remove and reserve. Try to drain as much oil as possible. 2.- We extend the pizza dough that we have made and cover it with the cream for cooking. We continue with the poached onion, the mushrooms in slices, the bacon and we put grated Parmesan cheese (or any other melting cheese that we like). 3.- We bake about 15 minutes at 180º or in the case that we have bought the mass of a commercial brand, as indicated by the manufacturer.
