Forget Alarm !!! Try To Wake Up Naturally In This Way

The alarm rings loudly, waking you who insist on opening your eyes and turning off the alarm. This is five times you've been late to the office because of a loud alarm. How long must I depend on the alarm?

Though you can wake up without hanging with the alarm. It can also benefit you.

"When you wake up naturally, your body gets out of REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement) .The sleep you get at the end of the rest cycle sharpens your memory and refresh your emotions for a new day.When you use the alarm, you break the REM sleep, and give yourself stress, not peace. "

1. Stay In Your Circadian Rhythm

Limiting exposure to artificial light will make you more in touch with natural rhythms and sleep cycles.

"If you expose yourself to the lights of television, smartphones and laptops at night, your brain will think it's still daylight, so it will make you slower (sleepy), and delay circadian rhythms.The key is to avoid bright light at least 30 minutes before sleep to start a healthy morning. " Dr. Kansagra.

2. The Light of the Morning Sun

Dr. Kansagra explains that getting plenty of bright lights in the morning helps keep your sleeping hours on track, especially if you have to get up very early.

"Try and adjust the amount of light for the sleep schedule to help create a consistent routine," he said.

Certified sleep science trainer, Bill Fish, adds simple suggestions by simply using a thin curtain on the window when you go to sleep.

3. Perform Routine Before Bed

"Doing night routines helps create a mindset for the body when it's time to sleep," explains Dr. Kansagra.

Try something nice and easy at night, like wearing pajamas, doing a little meditation, drinking warm milk, or listening to soothing music.

4. Consistent

After creating a sleep schedule, creating a habit before bed, and also prepare a thin curtain so that it can facilitate sunlight when the morning has arrived, there is one thing that adds important.

Consistent! When you get used to doing something, your body will adapt. So, build your resolve to sleep more regularly and get quality sleep without alarm interruption. Cheers!
