RE: The Twins Eat The Most Time-Consuming Snacks Ever

I love the age when you can experiment with their food and introduce new tastes. My boys are older now (13 and 10 years old) and they rarely even like the same thing, One loves fish and vegetables and the other likes meat, meat and more meat! It is amazing since we never cooked separate food for them, they always ate our varied diet.

Isn't that funny? My sister and I were like that too. We're only a year apart, but we were night and day different. Of course, it worked out well ... we could always share lunches and eat what the other didn't want! :D (Not that my parents let us do that at home though) LOL

I've noticed that my girls have different preferences already! Squirt is sensitive to textures so I can't switch it up too much at a time. She can handle one new texture a time and doesn't like switching back and forth. She loves cheese and bread. Squish, on the other hand, prefers veggies. But overall, she's a pretty easy eater.

My grandmother always insisted on us clearing our plates and my sister and I used to help each other out - I ate her meat and she ate my veggies. I had forgotten about that!
