An important message to personal trainers and anyone who is thinking about hiring a personal trainer.
When we finally make the decision to get our butts to the gym and start working towards our health and fitness goals, hiring a personal trainer is a wise investment. However, it is important to know that not all trainers are created equal. As a personal trainer it is our job to provide an exceptional service and make our clients feel like a priority and that we're passionate about helping them reach their goals. Certainly there are many trainers in the industry who will have this passion and will do everything they can to help you improve your health and reach your goals, but unfortunately, like in every industry, not every trainer will have your best interest in mind. I will discuss what is important for personal trainers to understand and anyone who is thinking about hiring a trainer. In my 20 years of experience I've witnessed a lot and in general I have found the majority of trainers to be sincere in helping their clients in any way they can. It's important to know how to spot an awesome trainer and a terrible or mediocre trainer before investing your hard earned money in this service.
