7 principles of healthy food!!!

Hello Steemit! Something about myself: my name is Daria, I'm a fitness trainer, I love yoga and, of course, I'm passionate about healthy eating. That's why my very first post will be about general principles of proper nutrition. Proper nutrition is able to give us beauty and long, healthy life. It implies, that your body regularly gets enough and in right proportion a variety of nutrients: proteins, fat, carbohydrates, water, minerals and vitamins. There are 7 steps that would help you to move in a right direction:


Step 1: There should be an awareness of what you eat and thoughtful observation of processes in your body. Consciousness and desire to be yourself, acceptance of your own feelings and emotions no matter what - that's one of the steps towards understanding of our own body. That would help you to stop emotional eating. With time, when you start applying consciousness, you will be able to rely on inner wisdom while you make a decision about either your work or food. Start each day from thoughtful observation of yourself, make sure that your attention is concentrated on each cell of your body.


Step 2. Awareness of the idea that your body is unique. It's essential to comprehend what is working for your body and why. Furthermore, to understand if something works for your friend or your family it doesn't mean that it will work for you. So leave the idea that some random diet would help you. Practice makes perfect. You will automatically perceive all factors and intuitively sense what is good for your body at this very moment. It would allow you much more freedom than narrow bounds of any diet.


Step 3. To remove all toxins that block the wisdom of your body from directing you when and what is good for you. One of these toxins is sugar, and addiction to it is very similar to cocaine and heroin addiction. Other foods that can blur the wisdom of your body are gluten and not a good quality milk protein (from cows which have been fed with not natural or not healthy food). Step 4. Optimizing of your digestion. Monitor all feelings in your stomach: do you feel comfortable or not, how often do you feel physical hunger, do you have white tongue in the morning or not (it can be a symptom of problems with digestion), how often do you use bathroom and how is your dejection look like.


Step 5. Focus on WHAT, HOW and WHY you eat.


Your body is your partner, you live with it all life. Try to build your partnership on trust, love and respect. It's essential to start choosing what you eat not only based on calories and nutrients but on how this meal makes you feel.


Step 6. Psychology of habit formation.


You won't be able to change your nutrition and life style if you don't know how to change your habits. You can make something permanent in your life only through enjoyment and pleasure, most significantly it works for women. Step 7. The ability of using herbs and spices to keep the balance in body.


Essential oils from spices and herbs have medical effects. and if you know how to use it, it can substitute medication.


Spices that are great for your body:


Ginger. It has anti-inflammatory effect, helps with better blood circulation and increases the appetite. You can add it in tea, soup or stew it. You can use either raw ginger or dried one.


Coriander.


Perfect spice to maintain digestive health and to calm "digestive fire". If you suffer from heartburn or acid indigestion, coriander tea will help you. It cools down and relieves the pain in digestive tract and facilitate its cleansing and release it from intestinal gas. You can add coriander in soups stewed vegetables and tea. Dill and fennel can be beneficial for digestion. The best approach to apply these herbs is an additive to after meal tea, in order to ease work of digestive system. It, also, contributes to the development of gastric juice.


Cinnamon assists in improvement of digestion and blood circulation, stabilizes sugar level in blood.


Add other variety of herbs and spices in your food intake as well, almost all of them have intense salutary effect on a body. Start following these simple steps without delay and you will notice how your relationships with your body, food and habits have transformed.
