why sleep is important ?? what happens when we sleep???? can we live without sleep ??
It is fact that we spend around third of our lives (around 25 years) sleeping , sleep is common activity done by every human, animals birds , insects etc.......... It is same as performing useful task , such as eating , reproducing , and raising young , but let's think why its is important??
one research shows that sleep is very important for everybody , we can't live without sleep, research shows that rat live only two to three weeks without sleep but after two to three weeks rats was die due to without sleep. thus many researches show that sleep is very important , so let's we know what happens to our body when we sleep??
sleep can divide in two broad terms
- Non Rapid Eye Movement (NREM)
2.Rapid Eye Movement(REM)
the vast majority of our sleep is non rapid eye movement, during NREM transferring short term memories into long term storage. at this time many growth hormones release in the body, which is important cell reproduction and repair.
