Can vouch for magnesium helping with poor sleep. Every time I complain I haven't slept well, my husband asks if I remembered to take magnesium. And every time: nope, I'd forgotten. I eat plenty of fresh leafy greens (and green smoothies!), and still benefit from supplemental magnesium.

Thank you @venusdehilo . I can vouch for personal beneficial experience with sleep. There are two products that have worked well for me. Life Extension's Neuro-Mag (great powder) and Natural Calm. Also, with sleep, women are very temperature sensitive. Is your room cool at night?
