Recently, the popularity of various meditation techniques is gaining momentum. A lot of people try to achieve sometimes inexplicable results, performing this or that technique. We are often asked questions on this topic, most of them are backed by a love of mysticism or the expectation of some euphoric state. What can you do, people often look for a miracle. In fact, everything is much more prosaic.
Today we will tell you about the traditional meditation technique given to us by the teacher. Performing it regularly, within a week you will be able to feel the big changes inside of you. Gradually, mind and body will come to harmony, you will feel deep peace, learn to separate the mind from the body, learn how your mind works.

PERFORMANCE:
Sit comfortably, with crossed legs. The back and head are held flat, the chin parallel to the floor.
Fold the palms of the rug at the other, palms looking up. Shoulders are straight and relaxed.
Close your eyes, do not strain them.
Direct all your consciousness to the point (dharana) under your nose. Focus on your breathing.
It should be smooth and noiseless. Do not force it.
During meditation, do not lose concentration on the point under your nose. Wherever your mind does not lead you, come back to this point again and again.
Your task is to concentrate only on breathing.
Gradually increase the time of meditation: 10,15,20, 30 minutes.
This meditation can be performed at any time.

If you can give meditation 30 minutes twice a day - in a week you will feel great changes.

Doing this meditation technique will help you take the first step - gaining an understanding of who I am, how my body and mind works. As soon as you feel it - you can go further.
