Having the first meal of the day early, maintains your metabolism extra energetic through the relaxation of your day. intake of fiber in the morning reasons you to be less hungry overdue within the afternoon, while you’re tempted for a heavy snack.
This only holds true if you are eating high carb meals.
If you are on a low carb diet, skipping breakfast (Intermittent fasting) Has so many benefits.
