  1. Coffee is not up in the morning, not coffee

  5. E-mails are not even checks
    Taking the eyes in the e-mail in the morning means to put me in the frames of what I missed yesterday and decorate the day. This is how technology interrupts our normal life, researchers say.   6. Do not spend the morning in bed
