Weightloss Challenge 2018 weekly weigh in #fatharley

So, this week was way better than last that little plataue motivated me. Traveling for work it still makes it hard to eat clean but i found a shake that i like that i had for lunch the last two days they are hard to find but hopefully i can find more . With a naked weight of 274 this makes me down 6lbs this week and 22 overall.

And finally my new favorite lunch having 25g of protein and only 200 calories it suprisingly sticks to your ribs also tasty in chochlate

Great results so far! I highly advice avoiding these monster protein shakes. Nothing but garbage in it. If you are planning on supplementing meals put high quality protein in your body instead. Whey protein isolates are a much healthier alternative. combo that with some vegetables to let your stomach digest for a couple hours and that should hold you down for a while. keep up the work and stay motivated

the good news is i cant find them the gas station i was getting them at is sold out and aparently they are getting discontinued. So im trying core power this week and i awlays snack on veffies like cucumbers when i get real hungry

Listen to your body when its hungry it's time to eat (a meal) . But try and fill it with lean protein and healthy fats (nuts/seeds) as this will leave you feeling satiated longer.

i have trouble with nits and seeds had part of my colon removed when i was 30 due to diverticulitis
