Today in the resection of mouth tumour operation

Patient with mouth tumour a large tumour resected. And ENT surgeon called plastic surgeon for free flap. Plastic surgeon got the flap on leg. Finally surgery is successful and patient is shifted to special care with tracheaostomy tube on trachea. Flap is working well. There is the pictures of tumour.
