PRESERVING POSITIVISM WHILE HAVING A GLASS OF WINE BY THE SEA!

And I agree with him.

Preserving positivism is a very important task we all owe to ourselves. While this is not always possible (of course), there are still measures we can take to improve the way we feel during certain gloomy days. One of my favorite ways of doing that is going to the seaside!! While this might very well sound as a cliche, it is in fact an all-life-long delight that I have been blessed to enjoy. Growing up near the seaside has made me realize that I cannot really make it if I am not visiting it often even throughout winter times.

In fact, I am just coming back from a lovely walk and Sunday lunch I had near one of the most beautiful coastlines nearby...

Here in Albania, we are very lucky since it doesn't take much for us to reach the seaside. You can just hop on a car, take your favorite bottle of wine with you and voila, you are there in less than an hour!

There is definitely something special about the sea that has always amazed me. I don't know if it's the endless horizon that it enfolds in front of me, the fresh breeze of air that I love, the peaceful sound of the waves, or any other quality it has.
